3 hours swimming

very tired!!

swim for 3 hours..

long time no swim crazily like that ad..

miss the feeling..

i like the feeling..

imagine tat if everyday can swim like tat..

i take out my bravery to swim alone in 7 feets deep place

because long time no swim in 7 feet deep place

every time swim sure got thins happen..

either not enough gas muscle cramp or tiu kin@@

at first..i m scare..

scare will 'tiu kin' at the middle of pool..

but after swim through it..

i found it was damn easy^^

sunday night-slp at 11pm-4am

mon night-8pm-2am

tue night-8.30pm-2am

wed night-9pm-2am

thu night-9pm-2am
